The City of Winnipeg, through its city auditor, engaged Pegasus-Global to perform an audit of the entire Capital Construction Program by which the city selects, plans and executes capital construction projects.

Pegasus-Global provided the city with recommendations to improve its planning, management, and execution of capital construction projects, and a formal, detailed program management audit report of findings.
