In developing its $5 billion courthouse construction megaprogram, the State of California engaged Pegasus-Global to provide a meticulous audit, analysis and assessment of the program. This included benchmarking the Court’s policies, processes, and procedures against industry-best practices and developing a plan and approach to implement recommended enhancements.
